The Story of Our Founders

The Montgomery Sports Foundation is dedicated to providing financial assistance to economically disadvantaged families. Together, we decided to build the Montgomery Sports Foundation in 2024. As individuals who grew up experiencing the benefits of sports, we know how important they can be in shaping kids as they grow older. We have also seen the positive physical and mental benefits for our three children as they have grown up playing sports in the Duluth community.

That's where we got the idea for the Montgomery Sports Foundation and Gametime Grants. We wanted to make sure every child has a chance to play the sports they love. Sports are a great way to build a child’s confidence and improve their overall well-being.
